NIEM undertakes mentorship of entrepreneurs who are facing challenges in scaling up their start-ups. The institution also provides assistance to Start-up incubators in their capacity building to better address challenges faced by their incubatees. It would also act as a resource center for incubators, entrepreneurs and colleges.NIEM's mission is to stimulate wealth generation and job opportunities in India by encouraging the success of young entrepreneurs. Their focus lies in improving the success rate of startups through effective mentorship from established businessmen and professionals. By providing driven entrepreneurs with access to the knowledge and expertise of experienced entrepreneurs and professionals, NIEM aims to offer valuable guidance for strategic thinking and business growth.

NIEM’s core team comprises of:

• A Board of Trustees comprising eminent industrialists.

• A Governing Council oversees its functioning, with esteemed industrialists/professionals as its members.

• A Secretariat looks after the operations and is headed by a seasoned professional.
